Kyte Payments (“Kyte”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect on kyte's website and early-access waitlist, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Waitlist details you give us: name, email, optional phone number, how many cards you carry, and your primary card issuer.
- Technical data: approximate location (city/country from your IP), referrer, campaign tags (UTM), browser type, and anonymous interaction events (e.g. which section you clicked). We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To invite you to Kyte's early access and send product updates you asked for.
- To understand which parts of the site are useful and improve it.
- To prevent spam and abuse.
What we never do
- We never sell your personal information.
- The website demo does not connect to real bank or card accounts. No credentials are collected here.
Storage & security
Waitlist data is stored in an encrypted-at-rest database on Cloudflare's network in the United States and, if enabled by our team, mirrored to a private Google Sheet and notification email for follow-up. Access is restricted to Kyte staff.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing hello@kytepayment.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and the right to delete; we honor these for all users.
Cookies
We use only functional storage (no advertising cookies). Session storage may hold your form progress.
